Refund policy
We do not have a return policy for our products as all our products are curated freshly under all parameters the orders had been placed. We believe in delivering quality rather than quantity,so please make sure you order the correct size, color, and design that would be best for your little ones or yourself. After placing an order with us, you can always leave remarks for us that we need to take care of so that the order reaches exactly what you have imagined.
What all can I exchange?
- Everything except the following:
- Pre-order products that are customized are not exchangeable.
- Adult sizes of all products are not exchangeable
- Products with additional sleeves, dupattas or personalization are not exchangeable.
- All exchangeable products should have their original packing, labels & tags intact. It should be unused and in a saleable condition
- The exchange must be initiated within 4 days from the delivery date
- For all orders delivered within India, a nominal charge of Rs 100 would be put in case The Little Tales is picking up the orders.
How can I exchange an order?
For orders delivered in India:
- Alternatively, you can email us at thelittletalesorders@gmail.com within 4 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to return in the email.
- Please email us at thelittletalesorders@gmail.com within 4 days from the delivery date with your order number and eligible products(s) you would like to exchange.
How can I place another order against an exchange?
- Once we receive the return, the product(s) will go through a quality check.
- After the product passes the quality check, we will issue a credit note or a shopping code to you, through which you can shop exactly the same amount of a product or higher.
- The repeat order against an exchange is a non-returable and non -exchangeable order.
- It may take up to 7-10 business days for the credit note or the code to be issued.
- Any shipping charges, customs duty/taxes are not refundable.
